Denise
Denise Walsh is a veteran of the hairdressing world; having started her professional hairdressing career in 1995, she now boasts over 20 years’ experience across many areas.
In 2001, Denise was in search of adventure and moved to Australia where she began a part-time position as a stylist at Bossy Hair, Queensland, Australia. Within 6 months Denise was a full-time head stylist. From there she progressed to Manager of Bossy Bardon, all within a year of the big move.
Denise’s adventure grew bigger when she became the head educator for Bossy Group in 2001. One year later, she was also the Area Manager for all four salons in the Bossy Group.
During this time, Denise was awarded a place at the Wella Masters Programme, where she won 1st place by producing an easy to follow guide for colouring. She was the first Irish person to achieve this and through it she was offered the chance to work on stage with Wella Australia for road shows around the country. Denise continued her passion for learning and completed the “train the trainer” course in Brisbane College at the same time.
From 2009, Denise’s love for learning and education became the driving force in her career. She travelled to London to study for the Alan Austin Smith’s Masters For Fantastic Business and has completed all of his business courses since.
Her own salon, Rustiq was the next obvious place to share knowledge and vast experience. Denise implemented an education structure in her salon, which was the turning point that led to her salon becoming a front running, award-winning salon of national acclaim.
Denise’s dive to grasp every opportunity for further education inspired her to re-train by completing her second Wella Masters, in addition taking on a Masters with Alfaparf Milano, and has since become an educator for the Alfaparf Nexxt Generation Cutting programme.
More recently, in November 2017 Denise participated in the opening night at Ireland’s Fantastic Hair Show and had the opportunity to showcase her work on stage.
Denise now runs 2 salons in Kilkenny and Carlow. Find out more here > rustiqsalon.com

Sabrina
Sabrina Hill has spent over 20 years dedicating herself to her art—training and educating herself in all things colour, even after completing her colour masters with Alfaparf Milano. One of her many specialties is colour correction whilst reversing damaged caused by over processing hair and gifting the client with gorgeous healthy locks.
Sabrina opened Kopper Hair Salon over 15 years ago in Glanmire, Co. Cork, with a team of just three people. In December of 2017 she relocated the salon to Cork’s city centre, which now has over 22 members of staff, many of whom are colour master technicians. Kopper’s specialties are blonde and prescription colouring.
Sabrina, has won U Magazine’s Best Colourist award as well as bringing home the crown of Best Salon for her own salon, Kopper. When she is not re-educating herself, teaching eager young hairstylists, or travelling to incredible networking events with international haircare brands Sabrina is also a well-established celebrity hair colourist to both Irish and UK celebrities and has done stage work at many hair shows.
Sabrina launched her New Hair Revolution healthy hair campaign in December 2016 when she saw that so many people weren’t being advised correctly on how to care for their hair. www.newhairrevolution.com
